  4. Finish and serve

When golden outside and tender through the center, taste, sprinkle with salt if needed, and serve.

A little note from Marisa

Use small potatoes of similar size, and leave them room on the tray.

A LITTLE MORE TO KNOW

Before you
pull up a chair.

Should I peel the potatoes?

No. Leave the skins on and dry well after rinsing.

How do I know they are done?

The outside should be golden and the center easily pierced. Larger potatoes need longer.
